1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wz777 ("wz777", "the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the wz777 online gaming platform available at wz777.lat and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features offered therein.

3 Account Obligations & Security

You agree to notify wz777 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. wz777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.2 Account Accuracy

All information provided to wz777 at registration and throughout the use of the platform must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading. wz777 reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings generated through an account that contains materially inaccurate or fraudulent information.

3.3 Account Activity

Your wz777 account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any third party to access, operate, or derive benefit from your account. Accounts that show evidence of being operated by or for the benefit of multiple individuals may be suspended pending investigation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

The availability of any specific payment method may change at any time. 4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits made to your wz777 account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. wz777 does not accept third-party deposits — deposits originating from payment methods belonging to another individual will be returned, and the account may be suspended. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 unless otherwise specified for individual payment methods.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

wz777 processes withdrawal requests in accordance with the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, as a standard anti-money laundering measure.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the wz777 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a payment method processes in a different currency, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be applied. USDT TRC20 transactions are converted to PKR at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit or withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotions and bonuses offered by wz777 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. These are stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Unless otherwise specified, the following general bonus terms apply to all wz777 promotions:

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing any bet or playing any game on the wz777 platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that the outcome of all games and betting markets is uncertain. wz777 makes no representation or warranty regarding your likelihood of winning any bet or game.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. Cancellation of confirmed bets is not permitted except in circumstances defined in the specific sport rules.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wz777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or any other financial loss.

wz777's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wz777 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wz777 is not responsible for third-party service failures, including payment processing delays caused by JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or other payment providers.

9 Suspension & Termination

9.1 wz777's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

wz777 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines, or has reasonable grounds to suspect, that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The Player's account has been involved in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties.
• The Player is a minor or is accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.

9.2 Player's Right to Close Account

Players may request to close their wz777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Where a Player account is closed voluntarily and no bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

10 Responsible Gaming

Players who remain dissatisfied following this process may have access to further dispute escalation procedures as provided under the licensing framework under which wz777 operates.
